Stage Tuning:

Due to International Standards Manufacturers are forced to set limitations on the performance of their motorcycles.
These limitations can be altered and programmed by a professional in appropriate stages as the machine is upgraded.

Stage 1:

We are often asked: What is a Stage One Tune?

This involves installing a High Flow air cleaner to allow greater volumes of air into the engine.
Combined with a re-jetting of the carburettor(s) or remapping of the ECM (Electronic Control Module)
to deliver more fuel to the combustion chamber and a high flow exhaust system or mufflers, which allows the extra gasses to escape more efficiently.

The end result is enhanced performance, improved gas mileage, a cooler running engine and a normally a more aggressive exhaust note… all good stuff!

Stage 2:

To take a machine to the next level requires changes in cams and possible porting and flowing of the heads and the addition of high-performance pistons.
With all that additional power, you need to let us upgrade suspension and braking components too. With all the extra performance, you need to be able to stop and handle the bike.

Stage 3:

Increased engine capacity equals more horsepower and toque, We can increase the bore and stroke on your Harley motor that will put increased power to your rear wheel.
Not for the feint hearted!

Stage 4:

Supercharging, Turbo charging and Nitro.
(From mild to wild!)

Fire it up, select first gear and hold on.

Performance tuning should be handled by professionals, let us advise you on how to get the best out of your bike.
